Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of PrepMind, run by Upspace Software Technologies LLP. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the service, you agree to them. They are short on purpose — please actually read them.
The service
PrepMind builds a personalised interview preparation plan from your CV and a target role, with content and graded practice attached. The product is in early access: features may change, be metered, or be gated while we build, and access may open in batches.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. An account is for one person; you are responsible for what happens under it. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, email support@upspacesoftware.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or evade its rate limits and security measures.
- Scrape the service or its content, or access it with automated tools other than your browser.
- Reverse engineer the service or resell access to it.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share.
Your content
Your CV, job ads and answers remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store that content, process it into your plan, and grade your answers. We claim no other rights over it, and the licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
Free and Pro
The free tier is the whole product with usage limits, and stays free. Pro is a paid subscription ($12 a month at early-access pricing) that raises those limits. When billing launches it will be handled by a payment processor; you will be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, and price changes will never apply to a period you have already paid for.
No guarantees
Readiness scores, plans and feedback are guidance, not certification. We cannot tell you a score will match an interviewer’s judgement, and we make no promise about interview or hiring outcomes.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PrepMind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using PrepMind and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; where reasonable we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive — your content rights, liability limits — survive termination.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version appears here with an updated date. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrepMind’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in are unaffected.
