Delete your PrepMind account
You can delete your PrepMind account and everything in it at any time, from the app. It takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open PrepMind and sign in, then:
- Tap Settings, at the top of the home screen.
- Scroll to “Delete my account”.
- Type DELETE to confirm, and tap “Delete my account”.
What is deleted
Everything tied to your account is deleted straight away: your profile, what we read from your CV and job ads, your goals and plans, your answers, progress, XP and streaks, and your interview check-ins.
Not tied to your account, so not affected: a waitlist sign-up made before you had an account (email us to remove it), and server logs, which never hold your raw email address and expire on their own.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@upspacesoftware.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
To delete only your CV data and keep your account, use “Delete my CV data” in Settings instead.
